Mirror UPVC Profiles (operating as Vision Profiles Industries) is a UPVC door and panel manufacturer based at 78/4, Sakalawara Village, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore – 560 083, Karnataka, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website.
2. What Information We Collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide. Through our Dealer Application form: full name, mobile number, state, city, dealer category, and products of interest. Through our Contact form: name, mobile number, and your message. We do not collect payment information, Aadhaar numbers, or any sensitive personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your dealer application — nothing else. We do not use your data for automated marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your request. We will not send you unsolicited promotional messages.
4. How Your Data Is Transmitted
Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form service that securely transmits your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not store your data permanently on its servers after delivery. All data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption. Your submission is delivered to our internal email and stored only in our inbox.
5. CAPTCHA & Security
Our dealer application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA that verifies you are human without tracking your browsing behaviour. 6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is only accessible to authorised staff at Mirror UPVC Profiles who need it to respond to your inquiry. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.
7. Data Retention
We retain form submission data in our email inbox for as long as necessary to fulfil your request and maintain business records — typically up to 2 years. If you wish to have your data deleted sooner, you can request this by contacting us (see Section 10).
8. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, request erasure of your data (where no legal obligation requires us to retain it), and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
